Hey Tanmay.
There are very bleak chances of you getting admission in Thapar University. The admissions closed at 86496 in 2017 for mechanical engineering. Other branches closed at much less ranks. This year the cut off dropped so there might be some chance of getting admission there but one cannot be sure of it.
