Cut-offs varies from year to year and that's why it is difficult to predict. Cutoffs depends on factors like category, number of students appeared in the exam, difficulty level of the exam, number of seats available, etc.
For your AP EAMCET Rank it is difficult to get B.Sc Agriculture seat, based on previous year's Closing Ranks. You can try for seat through counseling or can go for Management quota seat if you won't get seat through counselling.
