Will i get any good gov. Collage for btech as my jeemain score is 40 and i am a obc caste

Hello Babu Sahoo,
You cant get any government college with this marks. You are not even qualified JEE mains because you have score 40 marks only that is 5 marks less than qualifying marks of your category. You can get government college without qualifying.
