U are just on the borderline.. Since you have OBC category, u may get a Govt Medical College in the upcoming 2nd counselling or in the mop-up round.. Keep trying..

Based on your NEET 2018 score you should have the chance to get a seat in Government colleges for the state quota seats in Bihar for MBBS & BDS programme.
