Will i get any seat if i have just qualified neet?

Just qualifying marks are too less to get you a seat in any college .just qualifying marks won't get you a college.For securing a colege you have to score 580+ marks or else you won't get one . Remember cutoff varies every year depending on number of students appearing in the exam, difficulty level of exam, students scoring more than you and your category.You can give your best next year if you want to.
