Will i get back my 12th transfer certificate if i drop from a bsc course form my college in middle of first year to join in an engineering course

See every college has their own rule of transfer certificate.since it is your first year college can give you certificate if you request and tell them about your situation.it is possible only if do not abide by any rules and regulations relating to transfer certificate.one thing more you can do is contact your school they can issue duplicate transfer certificate which you can submit in your new college.

If you want to drop from bsc course and take admission in other course . Then yes you can get your transfer certificate from college in which you are currently studying. You can ask in office of your college for transfer certificate they will provide it to you and then you can easily apply for admission in other colleges. They may ask you to write application. But you will get your Transfer certificate back.
