Will i get computer or mechanical in tkm with 388 in keam and 100% in hse?

Hello Govind,
Yes, you can get admission in TKM College of Engineering. Its difficult to get admissions for computer engineering branch because cut-offs are high for it. You can get admission for Mechanical engineering branch.
At the same time try applying for different colleges.
