Yes there is a good enough chance for you to get into a government BDS college with 374/720 in NEET 2019 under Generally category but only if you have the 85% State Quota in Karnataka. Looking at last year's cut-offs ESIC Dental College, Gulbarga had the lowest cutoff with the rank of 177458 at the marks 303 under general category for 85% State Quota seats.

With a score of 374 in the general category, you have chances of procuring a seat in the government dental colleges when comparing the results of previous years. Last year, a minimum score of 303 was required to fetch one a seat in the ESIC dental college, Gulbarga in the general category under the state quota. Also, one thing to keep in mind is that scores and ranks vary each year with difficulty level of the question paper and availability of seats, by which nothing can be predicted for sure.
