Well the EWS category is implemented for the first time in 2019 by NTA hence there's no previous year cutoff records of it to look for estimation. Hence it is difficult to predict it's cutoff but the closing rank for general category for ECE in IIIT Allahabad was 12004 in 2018. Hence there are fair chances of you getting admission in the college. So positively go for the counseling.
