You can only get a free seat in SVIMS , TIRUPATHIif you have low income as well as EBC certificate. Provided you have both the certificates , you still have low chances to get a seat in this college , as for getting a free seat in this college, you need a minimum rank of 10000. This is based upon previous year cutoffs. Rest depends upon the course you want to take admission in.
