First of all congrats.

You have secured a good marks in Keam.

If your percentage in PCM is more than 95%.You would get a rank inside 3000. So you'll get a good college.

Hello Jithin,

For preparing ranklist for admission to engineering courses in Kerala, your plus two marks are also considered. Since you have not provided your Plus Two marks, I am assuming that you scored 75% in your board exams. Then, your rank would be in the range of 16000 - 14500. Here are some colleges that you can get along with the branches in which you have a high probability:

  • GEC Kozhikode (Applied Electronics and Instrumentation only)
  • GEC Idukki (ECE, Electrical and Electronics, Information Technology)
  • GE Mananthavady (ECE, Electrical and Electronics)
  • NSS Palakkad (Instrumentation and control engineering only)
  • GEC Sreekrishnapuram (Information Technology only)

Do note that I have given a list of colleges that you'll get based on previous year trend, so these may vary each year.

Well, since you want CSE, let me suggest you to look at KTU website (this is the University which controls all Engineering Colleges in Kerala)
Here's the link for syllabus
Most teachers will teach you everything that you need to know for the exams. But you need to develop extra skills during placement.
As of now, most Indian Universities teach older coding languages, but for placements, they look for other skills. So you have to understand your own shortcomings and fix it.
