559 in Neet is quite a good score. You know the cutoffs change every year so it is quite difficult to predict. Now if we go through the cutoffs of last year, then it would be difficult to get any government college through this score as all the government colleges having cutoffs above 570. You have great chance in Private Medical colleges of Uttar Pradesh. You can check the cutoffs
