Will I get govt College in Uttar Pradesh mop up round with 536 mark in 2019 ug.

You have not mentioned your category,  so I am treating your category,  so I am assuming you from general Category.

Below is list of government medical colleges with marks required last year for general category under state quota :-

Maharani Laxmi Bai Medical College, Jhansi:- 543

BabaRaghav Das Medical College, Gorakhpur:- 544

U.P. Rural Institute of Medical Sciences & Research, Etawah:- 492

Government Medical College, Kannauj:- 537

Government Medical College, Jalaun:- 534

Dr. Ram Manohar Lohiya Medical Institute, Lucknow:- 469

so dear with 536 marks,  you have very good chance of getting a seat in Government Medical College in UP under state quota.
