Hello,
Considering the cut off in CSAB Special round 1 in 2019 you do not have chances of getting seat in IIIT, Dharwad and SVNIT, Surat. The cut off was as follows
IIIT, Dharwad
- CSE: 39688
- ECE:48332
NIT, Surat
- Chemical: 34930(Home state)
Cut off changes every year depending on number of candidates qualified, difficulty of exam and number of seats available etc. You may have to seek admission in any other college or if you wish to join in IIIT or NIT you have to prepare for JEE main 2021 if you are eligible.

But actually sir in special round 2 last year surat Chemical cut off was about 56800 and IIIT DHARWAD EC CUT OFF WAS 61200 APPROX .
