According to the data available at: https://static.careers360.mobi/media/uploads/froala_editor/files/UP-PG-medical-dental-seat-matrix.pdf there are approximately 85 seats available for MD Medicine in UP NEET PG State Counselling and these seats will be filled up based on Constitutional reservation. Which means there are approximately 30-40 seats for General Category. With a State Rank of 270, it might be tad difficult for a seat in MD General Medicine.
