    Hope ypu are doing good!! Yes the money is refundable only if you cancel /withdraw your allotedseatby secondround. But if you choose to accept theseator continue to thirdcounseling round, no refundwill bemade by wbjeeb. For more information visit the below link :-

    Hello there,


    Just visit the reporting center and ask for refund of fees and submit an application for withdrawal and fee refund. It will take 4-5 days for the amount to be credited to your account.
