Will i get my refund for Rs. 75000 for KIIT provisional admission for B.Tech in 2020 ? If I Pay !

Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology refunds as per their refund policy. KIIT, Bhubaneswar charges around INR 75,000 at the time of counselling which has to be paid through Demand Draft. This fees includes approx. INR 10,000 as counselling registration charges which is non refundable. Now if you pay and don't take admission, the university will refund you the rest amount i.e. INR 65,000 as 10,000 rupees is non refundable. They will provide you form where you have to fill all the bank details, and if you don't take admission, the money will be refunded.

I got refund of only 65K but according to revised refund policy by government I should have got 75k full or min 70k back.

But till now evern after filling refund application form I didn't get the counselling fee back till now. It's been like 20 days. Iam very tensed bcz it's a huge amount😭.
