Will I get NIT Silchar with SC category rank 21899 in ECE Branch or any other branch like Mechanical engineering or electrical engineering?

Hello,
The closing rank of 2018 for ECE under state quota was 15675 and for other other states it was 6202
For Mechanical Engineering it was 7694 for state quota and 5516 for other states.
For EEE the closing rank for home state candidates was 10285 and for other states it was 4785.
Based on the closing ranks of 2018 your rank will not be sufficient enough to get NIT Silchar.
But the cutoff will vary every year based on the difficulty level of exam, no of applicants , no of seats available etc.
