will I get obc ncl certificate if my parents income for FY 2017-2018 is more than 8 lacks but for FY 2018-2019 and 2019-2020 it is less than 8 lacks

Hello,

The main eligibility criteria of OBC NCL is that the applicant’s parents’ annual income should be less than Rs. 8 lakhs. Also, salary and agricultural income are not to be considered as income for calculating annual income for creamy layer status. If in any of the last 3 years the applicant parent's income is below 8 lakhs, the candidate is qualified for OBC NCL. So, yes you are eligible for it.
