Dear Candidate,

I would say no you wouldnt get a seat in civil engineering with that rank because they only accept 36 students into this branch through the PESSAT quota but you might want to try you're luck in the second round of counseling.

Precious year cutt off in PESCE is 49 thousand . Hopefully I can try tq for ur suggestion
