Will I get pwd reservation in Jee mains if I am having 40% temporary disability percentage?.I am having a pwd certificate and an udid card.

Yes you can definitely get the pwd reservation for your disability level so that you can gain a good score and good rank in jeemains also, but you should upload your level of disability  in the application for form and you have to produce that certificate during your counselling, I so all the best for your future
