will I get seat in any private college if I score 102 in icar ( SC category)

Unfortunately you won't be getting seats anywhere with your score . After looking at previous years cutoff the lowest score for SC has gone to 280 and not less than that it usually lies around 300-420.You should better try next time and get a better score to get admission anywhere
