Will i have to fill TS EAMCET form to get admission in any government college of Telangana state if i am not from that State....

no if you want to have a telangana government college you have to write TS eamcet it was mandatory jee score will only helps in getting private colleges

yes you can write the exam but 85% of seats are reserved for TS state people in ordert to get seat in government colleges you have to score below 1000 rank
