Will I have to return my Inspire scholarship if I want to discontinue my Bsc and study MBBS, coz I think I will get selected in counseling.

INSPIRE Scholarship is only applicable for students pursuing Basic Science Courses like B.Sc, M.Sc, BS, Integrated Masters in any othe the subjects be it Mathematics or Bio Sciences post Class 12th.

So if you continue to pursue MBBS then you would be required to forfeit your INSPIRE scholarship
