You do not need your Migration Certificate. All you need would be;
- 8 passport size photographs
- 10th marks sheet
- 12th marks sheet
- Valid Id proof
- NEET 2020 admit card
- NEET 2020 Rank card
- Provisional Allottment Letter
- Category Certificate if applicable
- Domicile Certificate if applicable
- PWD Certificate if applicable
This is because though you are studying your B.Sc, your admission to MBBS/BDS after NEET is based on your 12th qualification and not your B.Sc qualification. So Migration Certificate will not be necessary.
