Whether or not you'll get a seat under the All India Quota can only be said when the ranklist is out. The cutoff for government colleges under AIQ (open category) is expected to be somewhere near your score but nothing can be said for certain right now. You can definitely apply under the 85% state quota if you have a domicile. You are expected to get a government seat for MBBS via that. You can opt for the top colleges in state like GMC Mumbai, BJMC Pune, GMC Nagpur, GMC Aurangabad, Cooper MC Mumbai, Nair MC Mumbai etc. All the best!
