Will In Du Law center- 1 start evening classes timing from 6.15 pm to 9.15 pm i this academic year 2019-20.

In du law centre there is no applicablity of night classes at any time nowdays only morning classes are being conducted 9 am to 4 pm .
You may join these classes .

As far as my knowledge there is no such proposal to start evening class by DU law center.
Only morning classes are conducted. The timing of classes may range from 9am - 4pm varying according to the schedule.
