Will it be a chance to get qualify ugc net Dec 2018, if I get 46/100 and 100/200 in History paper?

Hi there.
The NTA NET 2018 Cut off is decided considering the following points:
- Number of exam takers
- Availability of seats
- Difficulty level of exam
For Unreserved Category, the cut off of UGC NET for JRF and Lecturership is 56.67 but that for Lecturership only is 52.67.
