Will it be better to get admission in Dr. B C Roy engineering college than coochbehar govt. engineering college?

Although placement is average in Dr . B.C Roy Engineering College but better than other colleges in Durgapur.Different MNC and local recruiting companies hold their meets here. Hiring a ample number of students gets placed.
