Generally the cut off of colleges are released on the baiss of the seat availabilitu of in specific course.

So same will appy in this case, Jaihind college will take out there 2nd cut off for bms onky in case they have the availability of seats in that course.

Regarding your question i would like to say that colleges release cut off on the basis of the availability of seats in colleges. So same case would apply here, Jaihind college will release second cut off only in case if there are vacant seats in college are left.
