According to the latest news, National Testing Agency will conduct the JEE Main exam twice a year in the month of January and April from 2019.
Candidates who have missed the chance to appear for the JEE Main in January or not satisfied with their performance in JEE Mains January can apply for the exam again in the April month.
From 2019 JEE Main exam will be organized only on online mode. There is no change in the syllabus and exam pattern of the exam, they will the same as before.

NTA will conduct JEE Main from 2019 twice a year. One session will be held in January and the other one will be held in April. A candidate can give both the attempts and the best score will be taken in consideration for the results.

Still now none of the confirmation has been given by the JOSAA or CBSC. So we can't able to assure that it will be conducted twice a year by NATA.
