Yes the counselling will be conducted only after both the attempts will be concluded and also JEE-Advance will be concluded then the counselling process will get started by JOSAA. So as per the schedule of JEE-Advance 2022 the counselling process will be started after the result declaration of JEE-Advance 2022 i.e. after September 12th, 2022.
