You may check both the percentiles in the rank card. Both attempts percentile is mentioned in it. But the rank is of highest percentile you scored. You may also check individual subjects performance too. Try to check it in the rank card and observe carefully.

See there is no separate result for JEE-Main January session now because for January session the result was declared in the month of January and now the result of April attempt has been declared today at 1:00 am along with the final result and cut-offs. Means the final result would be the best of the two results which you got one for January and Other for April which has been release today.
