Will JEE mains consider best of the CBSE Board exam and improvement marks?

It will take under consideration whichever marks you want to give them. It will be based on your roll no

hey,

Jee will consider marks from the roll no. you have given. If you've enterd 12th roll no then 12th board marks, if you gave improvement roll no. then reapearing marks.

Hello,

You class 12th board's percentage would be calculated with that and that percentage is used to decide whether you're eligible for NITs/IIITs or any other private colleges.I will suggest you to score at least 75% in class 12th board exams.
