Will marks get deducted in CBSE class 12 board exam if I dont write IUPAC naming in alphabetical order?

most probably the mark will be deducted because you have made wrong the basic part of the nomenclature of th organic compound. The position to add according to the alphabetical order, if this is made incorrect the compound itself which is mentioned changes to another compound..
