    Yes, HSC scores are valid lifetime.

    Yes, HSC marks will be valid for next year. Here are some of the colleges name you can prefer for B.SC.



    Delhi University

    BHU

    Christ University



    Or which particular state you require then tell I can suggest you accordingly.
