Ideally it should. JEE Main is considered tougher as compared to COMEDK UGET. Most of the topics would be common. It will be time saving if the preparation is clubbed for both rather than prepare separately.

Hello student yes if you prepare for Jee main then you'll also easily attempt Comedk entrance examination as the syllabus of both the examination is same. Prefer NCERT to build your basic concept and make sure you do each and every example and exercise questions of Ncert before jumping to any reference book.
Most important do 5 previous year question paper.

Is jee previous yrs question papers gor last 10 yrs sufficient to takle the questions of comedk easily
Means if i only go through those jee questions concepts only
