So for ST category your sister does qualifies NEET 2020 cutoff that is 146-113. I think you can easily get admission in BDS college. Although you might get in the later rounds as the cutoffs do vary on different categories. Well you haven't mentioned the State that you are interested in.
But based on previous years cutoff, I am sorry to say that it will be difficult to get an admission into a Dental college through the AIQ quota.
But the cutoffs do vary every year and it depends upon the number of candidates appearing for the exam, the difficulty level of the question paper, total seats available.
