Once the counselling is completed ,you can apply for "Transfer certificate" from the college where you are doing B.Sc.They might take time to prepare these documents .You must withdraw all the certificates/documents from the college before the counselling .So that you can produce all those at the time of counselling.
You must equire at your college office in how many days they will provide all these documents.Because after counselling and seat allotment you will have very less time (1-2 weeks) to take admission in the alloted college.
After counselling and seat allotment you can withdraw your B.sc admission.
Before admission you need to clear everything .
