The initiave has been done but he decesion is not final yet.
Though the MHRD decisions will be final.
In 2019 it was not implemented as states were under prepared for this
As this is going to be a major change which will benefit the students
it was declared to be online
Best of 2 will be considered
NTA NEET 2020 notification (if it has to happen twice)- should be declared by september 2019
