Let me make you clear that NEET 2021 will not be cancelled in any way in any region of country the reason being it is the only largest medical entrance exam of National level so it cannot be cancelled and now the circumstances are also under control due to COVID so we can expect the dates within a week for NEET as well. Like for JEE-Main we got new dates, so we have to wait for NEET as well.
