Hello,
The advocate for the petitioners, Mr. Alakh Alok has tweeted confirming that the case may be heard tomorrow. Parents and aspirants are speaking out both in favour and against the postponement of the national level entrance exams amid the coronavirus pandemic. Stressing on the gravity of the situation, a COVID-19 survivor is requesting for the postponement of these exams. Hopefully by tomorrow we will know that weather or not JEE mains and NEET are postponed again or not. Mostly by tomorrow we will know if the NEET exam is postponed or not.

This ebook serves as a valuable study guide for NEET exams, specifically designed to assist students in light of recent changes and the removal of certain topics from the NEET exam.
At this point in time, there is no clear notification regarding the same. A parents body has filed a PIL in the Supreme Court requesting for JEE Mains and NEET to be postponed further due to the increased cases. And they have come up with 10 reasons as to why NEET should be further postponed. And Parents body from Gujarat also filed a PIL requesting NEET and JEE Mains to be conducted as per schedule without any delay. Supreme Court is yet to pass an order on it. So until there is an official notification regarding this from either NTA or MHRD, we have to assume that NEET will be conducted as scheduled on September 13th. There are 34 days more to go for the D day and anything might happen. If Supreme Court accepts the PIL, it might then ask MHRD and NTA to file in their petitions and then a call will be taken accordingly after all the pleadings are heard. So while it is still under hearing, we cannot say anything at this point in time. States like Kerala already have started taking precautionary measures to set up exam centres in the State. We have to wait to hear from either NTA or MHRD regarding the same. Until then the only wise thing to do would be to prepare for NEET as if it is going to happen on September 13th so that if the schedule doesnt change, you are not thrown off the guard.
