Hello student ,
With the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic in India , nobody can guess anything but according to the guidelines of government NEET being the only gateway for admission to MBBS , BDS colleges in India , providing admission to the students on the basis of class 12 marks is not possible . This is also being expected that competition in the NEET exam will be high this year. And during this condition if the situation will be more worst and if their will non- availabilty of vaccine , then the government will not have any choice beside cancelling the exam because the government can not take the risks of the students .
Hope you might be getting my point .
Good luck !

JEE Main examination will be held between 1st-6th Sept, JEE advanced exam will be held on 27th Sept & NEET examination will be held on 13th Sept. And we are still in July and September is still 2 months away and so we cannot predict anything at this point in time. Cipla is launching vaccines and so are other Countries. If you look at Karnataka, KCET is going on as planned inspite of the pandemic but with measures. That might be the case as well with NEET. So you need to be prepared for NEET thinking it might be held in September itself.
