Hey Suman.. Cheers! Yes CBSE gives you additional bonus marks for whatever question that has got multiple answers. The +4 is added to each student so this will cause an increase in your grand total marks. If you have chosen any of the answers that has been mention by cbse in their answer sheet. 4 marks are all yours..

Yes,In 2017 also CBSE gave everyone bonus marks for multiple correct answers.So NTA also give bonus marks to all
