In NEET everyone wheather you are general or reserved candidate get same time for exam and that is 3 hours . As a pwd candidate you can get two types of facilities - 1) you have to pay lower exam fees and counseling fees than general candidates , 2) You will get seat reservation in counselings of all India quota and state quota .
