will pwd candidates get extra 1 hour for jee[mains/adv.]? if yes then what is the procedure to get it?
Hi
As per your question according to the data One hour compensatory (extra) time also will be allowed to
the candidates with 40% or more disability regardless of the very fact that the candidate is availing the
power of scribe.
So, a PwD candidate will get the time off goodbye because the disability is a minimum of 40%. But, I
suggest that you simply visit your exam centre a few of days before the exam to inquire about these
issues.
According to the knowledge above you ought to get 1 hour extra if you've got quite 40% of disability.
Now, you'll not have disability quite 40% otherwise you wouldn't have taken the advantage of the
reader's facility.
Hello Aspirant,
No you won't be getting an extra hour in the exam of jee mains if you're a pwd but there is relaxation in the cut off. Generally, pwd student cut off is very low. But make sure you should have necessary documents of being a pwd. There are some relaxation in the reservation percentage like for pwd student is 5%. And also there are some percent reservation for the SC, ST, OBC, economic weaker section. Jee main will follow eligibility and reservation rules are set up by the Government of India.
