Will qualifying JNUEE ensures admission in universities other than JNU? if yes, then what all universities are included and what's the approach for the admission in those university as in afe we supposed to fill individual university-specific forms too?

JNUEE Exam is done for admission in various UG and PG courses in arts and science for JNU itself and not on other colleges, you cannot apply for other colleges through JNUEE score.
