Will reservation be applicable when we apply for other region colleges in the same state ?

Yes, the reservation of a category is applicable in the whole state. It does not depend on what region you are applying from. If the state of both regions is same, then your reservation category will be valid. However, different states have different rules and you should consult the concerned authorities before progressing.
