Will the admission for B. Arch be dependent on our B. Tech scores of JEE Main Exam also?

No, not at all.JEE mains Paper 1 and Paper 2 have different cutoff for each.Paper 1 is for B.tech courses and paper 2 is for architecture.
If you want to take admission in B.arch course then your marks in JEE mains paper 2 will be considered and there will not be any relation to your paper 1 marks.You will be get a college based on your B. paper 2 marks.

No, the admission to b.arch is dependent on the marks secured by you in jee main paper 2 not paper 1.

If you want to take admission in B.Arch, you can either go through NATA or JEE Main Paper 2. Both offers admission in B.Arch course. The difference lies in the participating colleges.
