will the ap eamcet counselling fees is refundable after 2nd counselling if we cancel the seat or didn't get seat?

AP EAPCET Counselling fee is Non-refundable fee. The counselling fee that you have paid will not be refunded regardless of the outcome at the end of the counselling. So you cannot claim the refund of the counselling fee which you have paid while registering for AP EAPCET Counselling. Only tuition fee can be refunded if you cancel the seat within the specified date by the convener.
